- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt or 1/3 cup cottage cheese
- 1 whole egg
- stevia to taste
- ice and water as needed (you’d need less ice because the frozen strawberries act as ice cubes
*option: add in a handful of greens like spinach, kale, or chard
* dairy-free option: use your favorite organic soy-free protein powder instead of yogurt or cottage cheese
