You may be like a lot of other people out there who are wondering why hire an online trainer and how does it work?
As the official trainer for the Arizona and Utah state pageant systems and working with Future Productions, the directors for Miss USA and Miss Teen USA for Colorado, Minnesota, South Dakota, North Dakota, Iowa, Wyoming and Wisconsin, I’ve been able to utilize this service to not only help my pageant clients, but many others of all fitness levels.
My program is not only simple, but cost effective and most importantly, it works!
Here a few things you should know before getting started:
The first thing I have you do is fill out a detailed intake form. You will track your food for at least three days and then we will set up a meeting through Skype, Google Hangout, FaceTime or a phone call to review.
This initial consultation will allow me to determine if we are a good fit and then set up the best course of action to help you reach your fitness goals.
Next, I will email you a workout plan. This will include how many sets, reps, types and the order of exercises to be done along with cardio, stretching and yoga.
Remember, your plan is created based on your fitness goals, current fitness level and what you have access to.
I have more than 50 videos on YouTube and a database of exercises on my website for you to reference for proper form.
Workout routines will be adjusted as needed throughout your 10-week sessions and longer plans can be purchased.
Exercise isn’t the only thing I can do online. I also help with nutrition.
I determine, after looking over your food log, the right amounts of macronutrients including carbohydrates, proteins and fats you should consume to work towards your fitness goals. I will also discuss minerals, vitamins, supplements and water intake to ensure you’re creating a lifestyle change.
I keep track of my online clients every other week by Skype or a phone call and use a spreadsheet to look at their macronutrients, exercises, how they’re feeling and sleep patterns.
I also have them send me their measurements, taken on the same day, at the same time every week.
This will help me understand what is working or if changes need to be made in the food and exercise department.
I feel all of these are important factors when working towards your online fitness goals.
