When you make the decision to do a fitness competition it can be filled with excitement and anxiety at the same time. I’m here to make your training easier.
I understand the specific requirements of competing in this arena and know how to guide you through the preparation process before you set foot on stage.
Fitness competitions are unique in that you have to do some type of “routine” such as dance, gymnastics and jumps.
As your fitness coach, I can work with you on your routine, posing techniques, and help in the process of the suit selection. There are specific criteria that needs to be followed in what competitors wear on stage.
During the training process, I put emphasis on developing muscles, flexibility, and exercises specific to what is included in your routine. Shoulders, glutes, and hamstrings are the focal point for these types of competitions and I design workout plans to target those areas.
I am a firm believer in getting into shape the healthy way.
Ideally it will take approximately 16 to 20 weeks to prepare your physique, posing, choreography, flexibility and uniform selection.
I have clients that are repeat champions as well as first-timers. The experience and journey to reach your ultimate physical shape can be just as rewarding as taking first place. I consider it a privilege to work with you to achieve your goals.
